Hope you are well, I want to wish you all a HAPPY NEW YEAR and let you  know how grateful I am that you are part of the Village Yoga Studio community! Watch for email announcing some new class offerings being added to the schedule in late Jan early Feb.

I also wanted to  inform you about some upcoming events.

Sunday Jan 8th we will be offering our Multiple Sun Salute Class, we will practice 63 Sun salute A series together,  followed by floor stretches.  This is not an instructed class, we practice together.  Please note you should be familiar with sun salute A series, and you are always welcome to rest if needed. The class is free and the energy we create practicing together is awesome. We will be holding this class starting at 4pm, the last Sunday of every month and add 9 sun salutes each month until we reach 108.  I hope you will join us.

We are on week 4 of our  6 week beginning series suitable for those brand new to yoga as well as those who are well practiced but looking to get in touch with beginner's mind.  CLICK HERE for details.  We will be offering this class series again at the discounted price starting Jan 29th  If you register and pay in advance for all six classes you will receive the discounted price.... $60 for all six classes.  Email to bonnie@villageyoga.ws  if you plan to attend.  If you prefer not to committ to all 6 classes  you may drop in, using class your card or paying fee of $15.
